"The Great House" Our main living & dining area is a the perfect place for everyone to gather and socialize indoors. With an open floor plan and over 1,800 square feet of space this area features a chef’s kitchen, dining island, dining table, comfortable leather seating around a two sided soapstone Tulikivi fireplace and a 9' large fomat LCD television great for movie night or watching your favorite sports event or concert.
"The Suite Life" All twelve of our bedrooms are not only spacious and meticulously appointed but each features its own en suite full bathroom with elegant tile work and curbless shower entries for seamless access to bathing. Six bedrooms will have direct access to the interior pool patio while the other six bedrooms will provide direct access to the garden terraces on the north and south sides of the property. Freshly laundered bed linens, comforters and bath towels are provided in each suite.
"Poolside" Our 20’ x 40’ salt water pool and spa will feature a 10’ x 20' sun shelf that gradually slopes to a maximum depth of 5.5’ at the deep end. At a depth of 18" the sun shelf provides and nice shallow area for littler ones to play, splash and stay cool. This area also provides easy access to the whole pool for those that may be may be elderly or disabled. Plenty of chaise lounge chairs, smaller dining tables, umbrellas and pool towels are provided, creating a relaxing environment with more than ample space for everyone to enjoy this area at the same time. From late Fall through early Spring while the pool is closed the Spa will remain open for guests to enjoy year round.
"Beachside Setup" Enjoy easy access to the beautiful beaches of Stone Harbor - We take care of it all. From May 1 through October 1 our Sprinter Crew Van will be stationed daily right in front of the beach beach path at the north end of Stone Harbor near the recreation center and Icona Windrift. Inside our van you will find everything you need to enjoy a great day in the surf and sand. Amenities include several small coolers with ice, your favorite refreshments, beach chairs, "Boogie Boards," beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach tag passes, and SPF 50 sunscreen. We also provide two adult beach cruiser bikes so you are able explore Stone Harbor further during your beachday. If it gets a bit too hot on the beach you will be able to take a break from the sun in the van and cool off in the air conditioned cabin and when nature calls you are just a short walk to the clean and comfortable rest rooms at the recreation center.
"All Fun and Games" Both inside The Great House and outside around the Pool Area you will find plenty of games to enjoy with everyone. Playing cards, Uno, Backgammon, Chess, Checkers, Cornhole, and Spike Ball are just a few of the games you will have at your fingertips during your stay. After the gamesmanship ends kick back and relax in one of our Adirondack chairs and enjoy a drink, good conversation, and of course some S'mores around one of our firepits.
" The Greenhouse" Located just beyond the pool area is our 15' x 30' glass clad greenhouse which is meticulously maintained and tended to by our staff gardener. With a focus on herbs and vegetables the yield is made available to guests to use when preparing meals for everyone to enjoy. Whether it is basil for homemade pesto or mint sprigs for a cocktail there will be plenty of options to choose from and incorporate in your culinary adventure.
"Stay In Ship Shape" Our guests will enjoy access to our fitness studio which is located in a separate building at the rear of the property. With plenty of windows and natural light you will be able to enjoy the beauty and scenery of the property while geting in a great work out. Two Peleton Fitness Bikes and two state of the art treadmills will be available for use 24/7. Private yoga classes may also be booked in advance of your stay.
